Job Summary
International Facilities Services Ltd. (IFS) is a leading integrated facilities management company delivering technical engineering maintenance cleaning and operational support services across Nigeria and West Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial control operations across the business
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Drive budgeting forecasting cashflow planning and financial analysis processes
- Strengthen internal controls financial governance and reporting systems
- Monitor project profitability cost controls and operational performance metrics
- Coordinate statutory reporting tax compliance audits and regulatory filings
- Support commercial pricing contract evaluations and strategic growth initiatives
- Work closely with operations and commercial teams to improve financial discipline and accountability
- Assist in implementing scalable financial structures to support rapid business growth
- Provide analytical and decision-support insights to executive management
- ACA / ACCA / ICAN qualified is mandatory
- Minimum of 710 years relevant accounting and finance experience
- Strong experience in financial reporting controls budgeting and operational finance
- Prior experience in: Facility Management Engineering Services Construction Technical Services Industrial Operations will be an added advantage
- Strong Excel and financial modelling capability
- Experience with Zoho/Quick books accounting systems
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial and execution-driven environment
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills

Person Specifications Has 5 years supporting senior executives or leading strategic operations Thrives in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments Can prepare world-class presentations reports and briefings Is emotionally intelligent confident and highly organized. Is tech-savvy (Microsoft Office Google Workspace project tools like Asana/Trello) Any discipline in the Built Environment (Architecture Engineering Facility Management etc) Consulting or Finance background MBA or multi-sector experience Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and software for informed decision making.
