- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years fleet management experience in construction industry.
- Preventative Maintenance; must establish a rigorous maintenance schedule for heavy machinery (Pavers Graders Rollers Excavators).
- Fuel/Spare Parts Management; implementing strict tracking to eliminate fuel theft and ensure genuine parts are used.
- Diagnostic Skill; ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and mechanical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
