Job Summary

Our client is a leading provider of premium wellness and fitness technology solutions representing one of the worlds most recognized wellness brands.

They are looking to hire a Digital Sales Executive to join their team. The Digital Sales Executive will drive sales of the companys digital wellness solutions. The role is responsible for identifying pursuing and closing sales opportunities for the companys SaaS-based digital. The ideal candidate will bring a STEM background and a strong track record in SaaS or software-related sales with the ability to clearly demonstrate the technical and business value of digital wellness solutions to drive revenue growth.

Job Responsibility

New Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for the companys SaaS-based digital solutions across target sectors including fitness facilities hotels corporates residential estates and retail clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through proactive outreach networking and referrals applying a consultative software-sales approach.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals for digital solutions.
Solution Selling and Product Demonstration
  • Conduct compelling technically grounded product demonstrations and presentations that clearly communicate the value functionality and integration capabilities of the companys digital ecosystem to prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs including technical and operational requirements and tailor solution proposals accordingly.
  • Lead negotiations and close sales agreements working closely with the broader sales and technical team where required.
Client Relationship and Account Management
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to drive renewals upsells and cross-sells of digital solutions applying SaaS account management best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts throughout the sales cycle and into onboarding and adoption.
  • Build long-term client relationships that support recurring revenue repeat business and referrals.
Sales Pipeline and CRM Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads opportunities and client interactions within the CRM system.
  • Track deals through each stage of the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align on territory coverage and account ownership.
Reporting and Sales Performance
  • Provide regular reports on sales activity pipeline status and revenue performance against targets.
  • Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute insights to sales forecasting and broader business strategy discussions.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in a STEM field (e.g. Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics) or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in B2B sales with demonstrated experience selling SaaS or other software-related solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation negotiation and closing skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
