Role Description
We are seeking a Creative Producer to own the development and production of Living Boldlys content from idea to finished piece. This role spans interview episodes solo content and new formats developing ideas researching stories planning productions and managing the process through filming and post-production. The ideal candidate should have strong creative instincts consumes great content brings ideas proactively and knows how to turn an idea into something people want to watch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and pitch ideas for episodes series and new content formats
- Research guests topics and stories and identify compelling angles
- Develop episode treatments structures scripts and creative approaches
- Plan and manage productions from pre-production through filming
- Coordinate guests locations crew schedules and other production requirements
- Brief and manage editors and other creative partners through post-production
- Review edits and provide clear creative feedback until final content is ready
- Develop creative packaging for each episode including title options thumbnail concepts and text hooks trailers and other promotional content
- Identify strong stories moments and creative opportunities within each piece of content
- Research podcasts YouTube channels creators and media brands to bring fresh ideas and references
- Manage production timelines and ensure content is delivered on time and to a high standard
Requirements
- Experience producing podcasts video digital content or other media
- Strong storytelling research and creative-development skills
- Excellent creative judgment and an instinct for what makes content compelling
- Proactive mindset
- Strong project-management and organizational skills
- Experience managing editors videographers and other creative collaborators
- Strong understanding of YouTube podcasts and social-first content
- Resourceful detail-oriented and able to take ownership from idea through delivery
- Comfortable using AI and modern creative tools to research develop and produce content efficiently

Required Skills:
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in human resources with a strong focus on recruitment within the technology sector. Proven track record of successfully filling technical and mid-level roles in fast-growing tech companies. Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter Greenhouse Workable) and HRIS platforms. Strong understanding of employment laws workplace compliance and data privacy standards. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels. High level of organization attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Experience with employer branding candidate experience optimization and diversity hiring initiatives is highly desirable.
