Job Summary


Our Client
Our client an energy infrastructure company seeks to employ a Corporate Finance Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of the companys financial strategy capital raising initiatives and balance sheet management activities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models forecasts budgets and business performance reports.
  • Assist in evaluating project finance opportunities investment decisions and risk-return metrics across the business portfolio.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise with lenders investors financial institutions and internal stakeholders to support funding and working capital requirements.
  • Support debt and equity fundraising activities for corporate and project financing needs.
  • Assist in treasury management cash flow planning liquidity monitoring and financial risk management.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of effective financial controls policies and reporting processes.
  • Assist with tax planning regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with accounting and treasury teams to support financial operations asset and liability management and banking activities.
  • Prepare financial presentations reports proposals and investment materials for management and stakeholders.
  • Support strategic partnerships financial alliances and business expansion initiatives.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Corporate Finance Financial Analysis Investment Management or Project Finance.
  • Strong financial modeling budgeting forecasting and analytical skills.
  • Experience with capital raising treasury management and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other financial tools.
  • Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of the energy power or infrastructure sector is an advantage.
  • ACA ACCA CFA or a Masters degree is an added advantage.



Required Skills:

Minimum of a bachelors degree in any Engineering discipline Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement. Strong understanding of business processes.
