Job Summary
- Support the development and execution of the companys financial strategy capital raising initiatives and balance sheet management activities.
- Develop and maintain financial models forecasts budgets and business performance reports.
- Assist in evaluating project finance opportunities investment decisions and risk-return metrics across the business portfolio.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with lenders investors financial institutions and internal stakeholders to support funding and working capital requirements.
- Support debt and equity fundraising activities for corporate and project financing needs.
- Assist in treasury management cash flow planning liquidity monitoring and financial risk management.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of effective financial controls policies and reporting processes.
- Assist with tax planning regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with accounting and treasury teams to support financial operations asset and liability management and banking activities.
- Prepare financial presentations reports proposals and investment materials for management and stakeholders.
- Support strategic partnerships financial alliances and business expansion initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Corporate Finance Financial Analysis Investment Management or Project Finance.
- Strong financial modeling budgeting forecasting and analytical skills.
- Experience with capital raising treasury management and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other financial tools.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of the energy power or infrastructure sector is an advantage.
- ACA ACCA CFA or a Masters degree is an added advantage.
Required Skills:
Minimum of a bachelors degree in any Engineering discipline Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement. Strong understanding of business processes.
