Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily road construction operations and ensure strict compliance with project specifications.
- Crew Leadership: Assign tasks mentor staff and manage worker performance to maximize productivity.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations and safety guidelines conduct regular toolbox talks and maintain a safe working environment.
- Project Scheduling: Develop work schedules to meet critical deadlines such as coordinating paving immediately following grading.
- Resource Management: Coordinate the use and maintenance of heavy machinery tools and materials.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed daily progress reports labor hours and tracking of materials utilized for management.
