Job Summary

client is a growing automotive service and repair company focused on delivering quality vehicle maintenance solutions. They are seeking a results-driven Commercial Workshop Manager to drive revenue growth build fleet partnerships and oversee efficient workshop operations.

Revenue & Commercial Focus (60%):

Drive weekly car intake to achieve gross margin targets
Acquire fleet and corporate accounts (ride-hailing logistics taxi and corporate clients)
Increase average ticket via upselling services and premium offerings
Enforce pricing discipline and high-margin jobs

Operations & Execution (40%):

Supervise the shop floor via the Operations & Parts Supervisor
Track technician productivity and enforce accountability (target 9095%)
Ensure quality control and minimize comeback rates (<5%)
Manage parts and inventory monitor turnaround times
Implement and enforce SOPs consistently

Reporting:

Weekly KPI dashboard: cars in/out gross margin technician utilization comeback rate cash reconciliation fleet pipeline
Monthly financial report and projections.

Requirements

Proven track record running a workshop with 5M monthly gross margin
Experienced in fleet acquisition & corporate sales
Strong leadership
Data-driven and comfortable with KPIs
Hands-on problem-solving with a focus on commercial outcomes
Ability to work independently under minimal oversight
Basic financial literacy (margins cash revenue tracking)

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with the Nigerian automotive landscape
CRM experience
