Job Summary
Our Client
Our client a bakery retail company seeks to employ a Business Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily business operations.
- Improve operational policies procedures and workflows.
- Coordinate procurement warehousing logistics sales and business functions.
- Supervise inventory planning and warehouse operations.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and operational reports.
- Manage operational budgets and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Lead mentor and evaluate operations staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Requirements
- ./HND in Business Administration Operations Management Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Economics or related field. MBA is an advantage.
- PMP Lean Six Sigma CILT or CIPS certifications are an advantage.
- 58 years in FMCG manufacturing or distribution with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
