This role requires a proactive professional who can identify new business opportunities build lasting client relationships deliver technical product presentations and achieve ambitious sales targets while working closely with internal sales and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to promote and grow the companys product line in the Nigerian market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with security companies system integrators and installers.
Identify and establish partnerships with potential clients including resellers and end-users.
Provide technical consultations and presentations to clients highlighting product features and benefits.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Monitor market trends competition and emerging opportunities to optimize business development strategies.
Prepare and deliver proposals contracts and business agreements.
Achieve and exceed sales and business development targets.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology Business Administration or a related field.
3-5 years experience working in IT Telecoms Electrical Engineering and Security systems Industry
Technical knowledge or experience in security systems including intrusion alarms fire alarms and CCTV systems.
Familiarity with the Nigerian security systems market particularly with installers and security companies.
Proven track record in business development sales or account management.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and customer success.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
