We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedVirtual Assistantto support our remote team. This role provides administrative assistance scheduling support and day-to-day operational coordination to help ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for daily business operations
  • Manage calendars appointments and scheduling requests
  • Respond to emails phone calls and client inquiries professionally
  • Maintain organized digital files records and documentation
  • Assist with data entry and updating internal databases
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare business documents as needed
  • Support travel-related administrative tasks and itinerary preparation
  • Monitor communications and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative support virtual assistance customer service or office administration
  • Familiarity with CRM software scheduling tools or project management platforms
  • Experience using Zoom Microsoft Teams Slack or similar collaboration tools
