We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedVirtual Assistantto support our remote team. This role provides administrative assistance scheduling support and day-to-day operational coordination to help ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for daily business operations
Manage calendars appointments and scheduling requests
Respond to emails phone calls and client inquiries professionally
Maintain organized digital files records and documentation
Assist with data entry and updating internal databases
Coordinate meetings and prepare business documents as needed
Support travel-related administrative tasks and itinerary preparation
Monitor communications and prioritize tasks efficiently
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in administrative support virtual assistance customer service or office administration
Familiarity with CRM software scheduling tools or project management platforms
Experience using Zoom Microsoft Teams Slack or similar collaboration tools
