Team Leader Driver

Are you an experienced leader with some driver experience You might be who we are searching for! 

We are looking for a Team Leader  Driver to join and lead our Blenheim team of wonderful Drivers. In this role you will: 

Advance the companys vision mission and values in all dealings and decisions and translate the formation of thecompanys culture. 
Implement and participate in Human Resource systems and initiatives to effectively resource business and meet strategicobjectives. 
Develop strategies plans and allocate resources to ensure corporate governance. 
Implement strategies and manage standards so that effective customer service is achieved to both internal and externalcustomers. 
 Comply with all statutory obligations. 
Undertake any other duties accountabilities and responsibilities as directed 

Qualifications :

Our ideal candidate will have the below skills and qualifications: 

 Clean and up to date Class 4 (NZ) License. 
HR or Class 4 driving experience. 
 Demonstrated supervisory experience. 
Computer skills in MS office and operational databases (desirable). 
Experience within the waste and/or transport industry (desirable). 
Leadership/teamwork capabilities. 
Mechanical aptitude. 
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
