Talent Acquisition Advisor

This isnt your standard internal recruitment role its fast-paced energising and full of purpose. As a Talent Advisor youll pair up and manage a regional portfolio partnering closely with hiring managers to bring on board amazing people across a wide variety of roles.  These include clinical specialists hospitality property leadership and entry-level employees.

Youll typically have around 25 active roles each at any one time. Youll be deeply embedded in your portfolio developing trusted relationships with leaders and delivering end-to-end recruitment from briefings advertising and screening right through to offer.

Qualifications :

Our internal recruitment team of five is experienced collaborative and a great bunch to work with. Youll work closely with the team but were also looking for someone who brings confidence energy and independence to the role.

To thrive here youll bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment (agency or internal)
• A people-first approach and strong relationship-building skills
• Initiative adaptability and the ability to juggle competing priorities with ease
• Drive and accountability you keep things moving and deliver on your promises

Experience using SmartRecruiter is a bonus but not essential well teach you what you need to know.
