Here at Post Haste we have established a strong and dynamic presence within the Express Parcel industry developing a reputation for looking after our customers and staff alike. We are looking for a team player to join the Post Haste Systems team where we support both customers and our internal teams with technology related tasks.

To be successful in this role you must:

• Be self-motivated and have a willingness to learn
• Have good communication and customer service skills
• Have effective time and priority management

Additional beneficial (but not required) skills include:

• Microsoft Excel (Formulas Macros & VBA) experience
• SQL Database and scripting experience
• Freightways system apps (such as CBIL BOOK2 or PARM) experience
• Understanding of our business at different levels (Distribution Fleet or Sales)

Experience in technology analysis or customer service is preferred but not mandatory to be considered.

What we can offer is:

• A fulltime position
• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday (8.30am till 5.00pm)
• Penrose based.
• Opportunity to grow and build a career.
