Our paid 12-week summer Internship Program gives you real exposure to technical and advisory work structured development and direct access to experts across our business. Youll contribute to real projects while gaining practical experience in a leading engineering consultancy.

We have opportunities in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington and Ōtautahi Christchurch for students currently studying Mechanical Engineering who want to learn grow and explore a career in consultancy.

Bring your ideas to life in either our Energy & Industrial team supporting industrial facilities manufacturing and energy infrastructure or our Buildings team helping create safe sustainable and future-ready buildings. • If youre interested in Energy & Industrial support projects involving industrial facilities manufacturing plants energy infrastructure and process systems that help keep industry moving

Our Internship Program is designed to build your technical capability grow your consulting confidence and provide insight into different career pathways.

Supported by your team leader a buddy and a dedicated early careers team youll take part in our Intern Learning Series and Leadership Serieshelping you develop your professional skills expand your network and understand how complex work is delivered across teams and disciplines.

• Currently studying Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and ideally in your second-to-last year of study

• An interest in either industrial process and energy systems or mechanical building services and the built environment

• Available for 12 weeks full-time work from mid-November 2026 to February 2027 (with a two-week break over Christmas and New Year)

• Curiosity strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
