Our client is seeking an experienced STMS to become part of their growing Traffic Management team. This role offers a balance of leadership and hands-on work where youll be responsible for overseeing temporary traffic management operations maintaining site safety and ensuring traffic control measures are implemented effectively across active worksites.

Working closely with field crews contractors and members of the public youll play a key role in coordinating traffic management activities ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting the safe delivery of projects.

What youll be doing:

• Install monitor and dismantle temporary traffic management systems on live worksites.
• Prepare review and amend Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) to meet regulatory requirements.
• Operate traffic control measures including stop/go signage and traffic signal systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions where required.
• Maintain accurate daily records site documentation and reporting.
• Liaise professionally with site personnel supervisors clients and the public regarding traffic management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Current STMS CatA & BPractising qualification.
• Minimum 2 yearsexperience within the traffic management or roading industry.
• Full Class 2 Driver Licence.
• Strong knowledge of health safety and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive reliable attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
