• Deliver all FM services in line with the Master Services Agreement (MSA) ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded
• Lead the planning scoping pricing and delivery of capital and minor works projects
• Provide technical advice and identify cost savings and operational efficiencies
• Manage subcontractors to ensure quality compliance safety and performance standards
• Oversee financial performance including project budgets WIP invoicing and reconciliations
• Maintain strong client relationships acting as a key point of contact and escalation
• Ensure compliance with health safety and quality systems through regular site audits
• Prepare and deliver client reports project updates and performance insights
  

• 5 years experience in Facilities Management ideally within an outsourced environment
• Proven experience delivering capital works or minor projects ($50K$2M range)
• Strong technical background (trade or property-related qualification advantageous)
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors and service delivery performance
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets WIP and cost control
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
• Proficient in FM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook); JDE experience preferred
• Ability to analyse data and produce clear client-ready reports
