Role Description: Are you passionate about leading transformative technology strategies Were looking for a Site Reliability engineer to join our team
Were seeking a seasoned Site reliability engineer to keep on top of day-to-day incident management in the digital domain working back with customers business / IT teams and Infosys offshore delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight ensuring that solutions are built in alignment with architectural vision best practices and standards.
- System Integration: Develop and manage complex orchestrated integration pattens between the commerce platform and various enterprise systems (CRM ERP Logistics systems etc.) using event-driven principles and state machine.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers business analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and articulate technical solutions and trade-offs in a clear accessible manner.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and recommend new technologies tools and frameworks to enhance platforms capabilities performance and scalability.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Act as a key escalation point for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues within distributed enterprise-level environment.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive diagrams low-level design documents and technical specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in an enterprise environment.
- Proven experience with enterprise-level digital commerce platforms (e.g. BigCommerce SAP Commerce Adobe Commerce Commercetools Shopify Plus Salesforce Commerce
- Deep understanding of system integration patterns API design (REST SOAP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern high-level programming language such as Python Java .
- Solid experience with cloud platforms especially AWS and strong understanding of its core services.
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing solutions for headless architectures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a talent for troubleshooting complex issues in distributed systems.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Professional experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience with serveless architectures (AWS Lambda) and event-driven solutions (e.g. SQS SNS EventBridge).
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases specifically DynamoDB and caching/search technologies like OpenSearch.
- Knowledge of the BigCommerce platform and its APIs.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks particularly React.
