What youll do daily

• Lead client-facing workshops and solution design sessions shaping end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned to business outcomes

• Analyse business needs and translate them into scalable well-architected Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds

• Define solution architecture business processes and implementation approach ensuring alignment with best practices

• Present solution designs roadmaps and recommendations to stakeholders including senior leadership

• Collaborate with Technical Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure successful implementation of designed solutions

• Provide oversight and direction to functional and delivery teams to ensure solutions are performant maintainable and scalable

• Identify risks and dependencies early and develop approaches to mitigate delivery and design challenges

• Contribute to solution governance quality assurance and continuous improvement across engagements

What we need from you

• Proven experience in Salesforce solution design architecture or senior functional roles

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices across multiple clouds

• Experience leading workshops discovery and solution shaping activities

• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into clear solution direction

• Strong understanding of end-to-end Salesforce delivery lifecycle

• Commercial acumen and ability to align solutions to business value and outcomes

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to a wide range of stakeholders

• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Application Architect or similar) highly regarded

• A collaborative mindset strong problem-solving ability and passion for client success
