Job Summary

Job Description:

Field Services Engineer / FS Technician

Provide on-site tech nical support for end-user devices peripherals and workplace IT infrastructure.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting break-fix support and preventive maintenance activities.
Install configure test and deploy hardware software and standard IT equipment.
Respond to incidents service requests and escalations within agreed SLAs.
Support Digital Bar services including walk-in issue resolution device setup and user assistance.
Maintain accurate ticket updates service records and technical documentation.
Coordinate with remote teams vendors and field leads for issue resolution and service continuity.
Provide VIP support when required ensuring quick resolution and high-touch service experience.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures safety standards and support guidelines.
Assist with asset handling device refresh swap and basic inventory coordination.
Support site readiness user moves/adds/changes and standard workplace support requests.
Deliver consistent customer service and ensure positive end-user experience across locations.
Escalate unresolved issues promptly and follow through until closure.
Contribute to stable reliable and efficient day-to-day field operations.
