WHAT YOULL DO

• Own and prioritise the backlog for one or more device product lines balancing nearterm delivery with longterm strategy

• Translate customer and business needs into clear epics stories and acceptance criteria

• Drive agile delivery - planning refinement demos - with engineering and design

• Manage the product lifecycle end to end: concept launch inlife

• Partner across firmware hardware supply chain and commercial to remove blockers

• Cocreate quarterly goals and use data to inform what we build next

WHAT YOULL BRING

• 3 years of experience in product ownership or product management with solid hands-on experience in Agile tools and methodologies

• Genuine familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban and a track record of thriving in iterative fast-paced delivery environments

• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams delivering outcomes that align with both customer needs and business goals

• Experience managing multiple products or features simultaneously with the confidence to make tough prioritisation calls

• Strong stakeholder management skills youre equally comfortable presenting to senior leadership as you are workshopping with an engineering squad

• Commercial acumen including an understanding of pricing strategies revenue growth and customer acquisition

• An analytical mindset you use data and customer insight to drive decisions not just gut feel

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product vision roadmaps and priorities to both technical and non-technical audiences

• A tertiary qualification in business technology or a related field is preferred though equivalent experience and a strong track record will absolutely be considered

• Experience scaling products in growth-oriented or global environments is a bonus
