Weve had an exciting opportunity open up in our People & Capability team as a People & Capability Business Partner. This role is a 12month fixed term opportunity located in Wellington. Youll enjoy a varied role responsible for partnering with Sharesies leadership and providing specialist advice on a range of complex people issues and organisational incentives.

• Has expert knowledge of HR best practice in the areas of employment relations performance management change management remuneration workforce planning and employee engagement
• Is approachable and able to create strong constructive relationships with leaders in all levels of an organisation
• Is a clear and effective communicator able to break down complex processes and jargon to suit any audience
  
• is adaptable to change and motivated by our vision and purpose.
