Lead our Nelson-based respite mental health service in a permanent full-time MondayFriday leadership role.

The Role Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of kaimahi in our respite service
• Provide clinical oversight to ensure safe highquality care
• Work closely with clinical teams to support tāngata whai ora during short respite stays
• Rolemodel and embed our values traumainformed practice and peerled principles
• Youll be part of our regional Team Coach group reporting to a Service and Relationship Manager and joining a collaborative innovative team focused on continuous improvement.

You Mōu

• Comfortable working within a Māori context with familiarity in tikanga and committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practice
• Hold a current New Zealand clinical registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in mental health and addiction services with skills in traumainformed care
• Full New Zealand driver licence and current (or willing to obtain) first aid certificate
