Job Summary

Were now looking for a Learning Designer to join our Culture and Capability team and help bring our people experience to life. The team are all about making TWG the best place to work by driving initiatives that grow capability celebrating our people and building connection. 

Reporting into the Head of Culture and Capability youll work closely with stakeholders to design learning that is simple practical compliant and built for our retail environment helping leaders and teams build the skills that matter.


Qualifications :

Were after someone who is:

  • Experienced in designing and delivering learning or capability initiatives
  • Confident using tools such as Articulate 360 (or similar) to build engaging learning content
  • Strong instructional design and written communication skills
  • Able to translate business needs into practical learner-focused solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • A real team player who brings energy a creative mindset and a passion for people
