Export Logistics Coordinator

The Role

Coordinate export orders end-to-end for a portfolio of global customers coordinating across freight warehousing production and logistics to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.

• Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of global customers and managing their export orders from start to finish
• Receive and processing customer orders with accuracy and care
• Work closely with freight forwarders warehousing production and logistics teams to keep everything moving
• Stay proactive following up problem-solving and ensuring orders land on time
• Own the admin that keeps us compliant and efficient including invoices documentation and reporting

This is a 12-month secondment opportunity based at The Pride.
