Executive Housekeeper

Play a vital role in creating welcoming impeccably maintained spaces that make every guest stay at Novotel Auckland Airport unforgettable.

• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service maintaining high standards of cleanliness presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular room and public area inspections to ensure compliance with Novotel brand standards and operational procedures.
• Coordinate daily team briefings allocate tasks and support colleague development through coaching and performance feedback.
• Respond promptly to guest requests special requirements and housekeeping concerns to create memorable guest experiences.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies equipment and room status reports to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
• Promote a safe and collaborative working environment by upholding hotel safety standards and partnering effectively with other departments.

Qualifications :

You will be

• Experienced in leading and developing high performing teams
• Knowledgeable in housekeeping standards procedures and compliance requirements.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Proficient in inventory control record keeping and administrative tasks.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to exceptional guest satisfaction.
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand
