As a Dynamics 365 Support CRM specialist you willbe responsible forthe day-to-day support optimisation and continuous improvement of KiwiRails CRM platform. Working at the intersection of business and technologyyoullhelp ensure our digital applications are fully utilised delivering efficient and effective outcomes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support for Dynamics 365 CRM incidents service requests and user enquiries while meeting agreed service levels
  • Partnering with business users and operational teams to understand requirements gather feedback andidentifyopportunities for improvement
  • Managing relationships with third-party vendors and coordinating support to ensureoptimalproduct performance
  • Contributing to backlog prioritisation and product enhancement initiatives that improve user experience and business outcomes
  • Analysing usage data and user insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Supporting user training knowledge sharing and adoption of CRM capabilities across the business
  • Participating in a 24x7 on-call roster to support business-critical systems

Werelooking for someone who combines strong CRM support experience with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for technology-enabled improvement.

You will bring:

  • Experience supporting Dynamics 365 CRM or similar enterprise applications
  • Strong troubleshooting and application support capability within a complex business environment
  • Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions
  • The ability to analyse dataidentifytrends and contribute to product optimisation and user engagement
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working and tools such as JIRA or Trello
  • Excellent communication organisation and prioritisation skills
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and delivering value for end users
  • A qualification in Business Information Technology Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent experience
