Duty Manager The Warehouse, Blenheim (part-time)

Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role. 

Hours of work: 

• Friday - Saturday 1:00pm - 10:30pm

This is a fixed-term role ending on the 1st of November 2026

A Duty Manager takes the lead in the absence of the manager overseeing store operations and cashing up.   

You will keep the team focused by ensuring they are continuously developed actively promoting a safe environment ensuring trading requirements are met controlling shrinkage and maintaining consistency.

• Drive and ambition
• The ability to interpret and execute plans
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• First Aid certificate Building Warden training
• Minimum two years service in retail and preferably some leadership experience
