Reporting to the Lower Hutt Operations Manager this role is responsible for the management and development of our consol shift freight operation. Key responsibilities are managing a team of direct reports ensuring all freight is sorted accurately in a timely manner and setting up the depot as per specific time requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven success record in leading and developing teams can handle physical environments and can think on their feet and adapt to stressful situations.

Previous Forklift and DG experience is preferred but not essential.

What we can offer is:

• A fulltime position
• 40 hours per week possible overtime
• Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6.00pm
• Lower Hutt based

A full induction to our business will be provided along with ongoing training and support.
