We are looking for a motivated and organized Client Experience & Planning Advisor to join our remote team and help provide an outstanding experience from the initial client interaction through follow-up.

About the Role

This is a part-time remote position focused on client communication planning scheduling and customer support.

The Client Experience & Planning Advisor will communicate with clients understand their needs coordinate requested services maintain accurate client information follow up on inquiries and help ensure that each client receives attentive and professional service.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people is highly organized communicates professionally and can manage multiple tasks while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with clients through phone email and other approved communication channels.

* Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

* Understand client preferences requests and service needs.

* Assist with planning and coordinating client requests.

* Coordinate schedules reservations and other client arrangements.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

* Follow up with clients before and after services are completed.

* Address customer questions and concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

* Communicate with external partners and service providers when necessary.

* Monitor client requests and ensure timely follow-through.

* Provide a professional and personalized client experience.

* Follow company procedures service standards and confidentiality guidelines.

* Complete administrative and customer-support tasks as assigned.
