Domain of Work:
The incumbent will be working in the domain of Business Analytics and International Market Development focusing on data-driven market entry and go-to-market strategy for medical device commercialization across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities will include:
Researching APAC medical device regulatory pathways and reimbursement frameworks relevant to electronic brachytherapy.
Building and maintaining a country-level market attractiveness scoring model to prioritize APAC expansion targets.
Supporting competitive intelligence gathering on IORT and electronic brachytherapy market players across the region.
Conducting stakeholder interviews with regional sales distributor and marketing teams to inform market entry recommendations.
Preparing a cultural and ethical risk assessment covering cross-cultural business practices and compliance considerations across target APAC markets.
Compiling findings into a go-to-market strategy report and presenting recommendations to company leadership.
Documenting research methodology findings and progress in line with academic capstone requirements and attending regular check-ins with your mentor.

Potential Project Area:
The incumbent will involve contributing to a project titled APAC Market Entry and Expansion Strategy for Elekta Xoft Electronic Brachytherapy. The project aims to develop a data-driven country-prioritized go-to-market roadmap for Elekta Xofts electronic brachytherapy platform across the Asia-Pacific region incorporating regulatory reimbursement competitive and cultural analysis to support the companys commercial expansion in the region. The primary target markets are Singapore Malaysia Thailand Vietnam Indonesia the Philippines and New Zealand Japan benchmarked against Australia and Taiwan where Elekta Xofts intraoperative and accelerated partial breast irradiation (APBI) applications already have an established clinical track record.
