Associate, Corporate Advisory (3+ PQE)

About this role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solicitor (3 PQE) to join our Corporate advisory team. You will be joining a high-performing professional ambitious and collaborative team led by partners who have practiced in New Zealand and London.

The team has a strong transactional focus and regularly acts on both inbound and outbound cross-border transactions. This team has handled many of the firms most high-profile advising a blue-chip client base that includes:

• Large corporates within New Zealand and overseas
• Private equity and venture capital fund managers
• Iwi and Māori enterprises
• Clients across a broad range of sectors particularly technology financial services and energy

This role will work closely withKeegan Toft a highly regarded corporate specialist known for delivering pragmatic solution-focused advice to a diverse range of clients including growth-stage businesses small to medium enterprises and listed companies.

Your experience/interest will include:

• Corporate and commercial law
• Mergers and Acquisitions
• Corporate governance
• Providing sound commercial advice
• Building strong trusted client relationships
