OVERVIEW:

Were looking for a creative and commercially driven Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand to life in our Kalverstraat store in Amsterdam. Youll play a key role in shaping how customers experience the brand delivering inspiring inclusive and visually impactful retail environments.

From striking window displays to immersive in-store storytelling youll combine creativity with operational excellence to ensure our store stands out in one of Europes busiest shopping destinations.

WORKING HOURS: Full Time including some weekend

YOU WILL :

Design and deliver impactful window displays and creative installations aligned with brand direction
Create abest-in-class in-store experience that reflects modern customer behaviour
Plan and executevisual merchandising updates for campaigns launches and events
React toglobal local and hyper-local trends to keep the store fresh and relevantLead develop and inspire a visual merchandising team in-store
Collaborate closely withMerchandising Events Retail Ops and Training teams
Managedigital display content ensuring relevance and functionality
Oversee allprops mannequins and in-store displays maintaining exceptional standards
Supportstore performance and KPIs by driving footfall and conversion through visual execution
Delivertraining and best practice sharing across the store team
Maintain visual merchandising equipment and uphold store standards
Support in-store activations and external events including pop-ups
Championinclusivity in all visual and customer-facing touchpoints

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Proven experience in a visual merchandising role
Strong understanding offashion/fitness retail trends
Technical knowledge ofstore planning and VM execution
A creative eye with exceptionalattention to detail
Commercial mindset with the ability todrive performance through visual storytelling
Strongcommunication and collaboration skills
Excellentorganisation and time management
A proactive team-first attitude
Knowledge of European or international retail markets is advantageous
You can commit to working flexibly including on weekends bank holidays and overnights
To meet the relevant right to work requirements in the UK in place at the time of applying
