Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to support our supply chain operations inventory planning procurement and logistics this role you will ensure product availability optimize inventory levels manage supplier
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate product pricing and supply chain data in SAP.
- Monitor inventory levels analyze demand trends and support forecasting activities.
- Create and manage purchase orders and track supplier deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers logistics providers and internal teams to ensure on-time product availability.
- Support import/export transportation and customs activities when required.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability and delivery schedules.
- Develop reports and dashboards using SAP Excel and Power BI.
- Support system enhancements SAP updates testing and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Administration Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 35 years of SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA experience in a supply chain environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain logistics customer service sales support or import/export operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory planning procurement and logistics coordination.
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English; additional European languages or Mandarin are a plus.
