Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to join a DevOps-focused team responsible for managing and enhancing enterprise-scale CI/CD platforms that support thousands of software engineers. The role involves maintaining development tooling automating infrastructure supporting critical business applications and driving platform standardization across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong infrastructure background a passion for automation and experience working in cloud-native environments with DevOps and SecDevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise CI/CD tooling and platform services.
• Design build and maintain cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.
• Develop and optimize automated onboarding deployment and operational processes.
• Provide L2/L3 operational support for critical business applications and platform services.
• Create maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on security and automation.
• Troubleshoot platform issues perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Support infrastructure standardization and alignment initiatives across teams.
• Collaborate with development operations and security teams to improve platform reliability and efficiency.
• Promote DevOps best practices automation and continuous improvement.
• Participate in incident management change management and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure design deployment and operations.
• Experience managing and supporting production environments.

Containerization & Orchestration

• Strong experience with Kubernetes (K8S).
• Knowledge of containerized application deployment and operations.

DevOps & Automation

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong DevOps and SecDevOps mindset.
• Passion for automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Experience with Ansible and automation platforms such as Ansible Tower.

Programming & Scripting

• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation.

Operations & Support

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in an Operations (OPS) Engineering role.
• Experience providing L2/L3 support for critical business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting monitoring and incident management skills.

CI/CD Tooling & Platform Experience

Experience with one or more of the following:

• CI/CD platforms and development tooling
• Code quality and security scanning tools
• Artifact repository management tools
• Documentation and collaboration platforms
• Performance and testing tools
