Internship Supply Chain E-Commerce

In this internship you will enhance your understanding of the role that Supply Chain plays in an international eCommerce environment and you will develop your communication skills in a complex matrix organisation. 

Your key activities will be: 

• KPI Reporting on a daily weekly and monthly basis using our operational performance dashboards (Reporting monitoring analysing & improved suggestions) 

• Overseeing our order flow from A to Z (Payments open orders stock allocation on-time-dispatch returns) by being in close contact with the warehouses IT teams and local supply chain representatives 

• Day-to-day escalation management of our Consumer care (Close contact with supervisors identify and report risks when needed) 

Qualifications :

Heres what were looking for: 

• You must be enrolled in a BSc or MSc program at a Dutch university and live in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship and currently reside in the Netherlands 
• Fluent English solid MS Office skills (bonus points for experience in eCommerce) 
• Proactive curious structured but also fun to work with! 
• Available 56 months 4 or 5 days/week (4 in-office 1 remote) 
• Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peets.
