You will be part of the Global Cycles & Procurement organization of Danone within the department that is responsible for the global sourcing of First Diet ingredients (babyfood).

You will become part of a team with colleagues who are highly skilled and dedicated professionals aiming to source the required products to focus on the development of our suppliers to meet the right level of food and quality requirements of Danone and responsible for driving cost efficiency innovation service level and sustainability with our Global suppliers.

You will be working closely with the different buyers in the team including buyers located in France and Poland and buyer located in our office in Hoofddorp NL where you will be based.

You main tasks will be:

Supporting Fruit & Vegetables and Cereals portfolio (80%):

• Support buyers for the tenders and for sourcing new suppliers for specific ingredients
• Support buyers with project management (securization saving sustainability...)
• Support buyers to mitigate out of stock risks on ingredients
• Support buyers with operational tasks such as contracts reviews with suppliers contracts modifications etc.
• Support buyers with legal risk assessment and GTCP/contract signature

Transversal topics (20%):

• Legal: you will be coordinating the legal assessment for the team making sure that risks are evaluated properly and actions are prioritized

• Business Continuity Plan: you will be responsible to update the internal tool based on the inputs from the buyers to ensure the right materials risks categorization and monitor the mitigation plan

You are aBachelor/Masterstudent in Business Engineering Supply Chain or Procurement with excellent and provenExcel skills.We are searching for a candidate with stronganalytical skills whos able toeasily connect with peopleand workautonomously.Additionally your eye for detail andlogical mindsetallows you to spot critical information in the data provided supporting you in gathering useful insights that can be transformed into solutions. You are afast learner team playerhave positive energy andability to prioritize to always meet deadlines. You are not afraid to challenge situations and bring your own ideas forward in order to act proactively in a fast-paced environment.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are an EU citizen or a non-EU citizen studying in a university in the Netherlands;
• In the case of non-EU citizens it is mandatory to provide a 3-party internship agreement signed by your university;
• Ideally available to start in September/October 2026 for a minimum of 6 months 4-5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2-3 days per week.
