We are the Indian and are looking for 4 Independent working Chef-I to strengthen our kitchen team. we bring an unforgettable culinary journey of Kerala cuisine. Our mission is to bring the authentic flavors and traditions of Kerala to our customers table. You will experience a taste explosion that stimulates all the senses.

Do you have a passion for cooking and do you enjoy a dynamic kitchen environment Then you fit in perfectly with us! You will assist in preparing dishes and work closely with our kitchen team. Tasks

Role: Independent working Chef -I

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Independently prepare lunch and dinner dishes

Carry out mise en place and other preparatory tasks (cutting mixing portioning)

Ensure the quality taste and presentation of all dishes

Apply and comply with HACCP and safety regulations

Manage inventory: ordering receiving and checking products

Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces

Contribute ideas for recipes menu updates and more efficient processes

Supervising compliance with regulations and the work of the assistants.

Requirements

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

Holds an MBO level 3 diploma of work and thinking level MBO 3.

Has strong technical culinary knowledge and skills

Shows initiative and can work independently

Can handle stress and peak busy periods effectively

Functions well within the dynamics of a restaurant team

Speaks Dutch or English

Is enthusiastic dedicated and eager to learn
