Job Summary

The HR Director Supply Chain (HRD SC) is the senior HR leader for Nutrecos Integrated Supply Chain. The role acts as strategic business partner to the Chief Supply Officer (CSCO) ensuring people organization and leadership capabilities enable operational excellence scalability and global transformation.

Job Description:

Position Purpose

The HR Director Supply Chain (HRD SC) is the senior HR leader for Nutrecos Integrated Supply Chain. The role acts as strategic business partner to the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) ensuring people organization and leadership capabilities enable operational excellence scalability and global transformation.

The HRD SC provides functional HR leadership across a complex matrix coordinating HR priorities across supply chain domains and geographies.

The role is a member of the HR Leadership Team (HRLT). In this role the HR Director acts as an extension of the Chief HR Officer ensuring a strong two-way connection between global HR strategy and supply chain strategy (execution). The role is accountable for translating Nutreco-wide policies and people frameworks into fit-for-purpose business line strategies while actively bringing business insights requirements and local perspectives back to the CHRO/ HRLT to jointly shape future people strategies and priorities.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Act as trusted sparring partner to the CSCO and Supply Chain Leadership Team.
  • Translate supply chain strategy into a clear people and capability agenda.
  • Lead the people side of digital and AI transformations in the Supply Chain (AI in the workplace) for both our HR operating model and the business

Leadership of HR within Supply Chain

  • Lead HRBP GSP EU HRBP Global Operations and Program Manager YPP.
  • Provide functional steering to HRBPs with supply chain scope through dotted-line accountability.
  • Align HR priorities across procurement quality & regulatory IBP and operations.

Organization & Capability Building

  • Lead strategic workforce planning for critical supply chain technical and leadership roles.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning across the supply chain.
  • Sponsor key transformation and change initiatives within Supply Chain in close collaboration with COEs.

Transformation & Performance

  • Sponsor people-related aspects of supply chain and operational transformations.
  • Partner closely with COEs and HR Operations to ensure scalable HR solutions.

Governance Cost & Performance

  • Accountable for rollup and optimization of HR plans and people cost (AP) across Supply Chain in coordination with Finance and Global Rewards.
  • Co-own HR functional cost performance as part of the HRLT including workforce size external spend and operating model efficiency.
  • Identify and drive structural efficiency opportunities (e.g. simplification automation productivity improvements operating model changes)

Enterprise Contribution

  • Actively contribute to HRLT decisionmaking shaping Nutrecos overall HR strategy operating model and transformation agenda.
  • Collaborate closely with COEs HR Operations and other HRDs to ensure endtoend HR effectiveness.

Reporting Lines

  • Reports to: Chief HR Officer
  • Direct reports: HRBP GSP EU HRBP Global Operations Program Manager YPP
  • Dotted line: HRBP GSP USA and HRBPs with operational scope (matrix alignment)

  • Business Insight: Is familiar with operational and technical workforce requirements of supply chain organizations.
  • Managing Change: Leads people aspects of large-scale operational and supply-chain transformations.
