Key Responsibilities
Support customers experiencing vehicle breakdowns across Europe
Take full ownership of customer cases and coordinate solutions from start to finish
Communicate regularly with customers repair centers and service partners
Provide timely updates regarding repair progress and service status
Coordinate with dealers and technical teams to ensure efficient problem resolution
Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive communication
Identify solutions and alternative approaches when unexpected challenges arise
Maintain accurate records and case documentation
Collaborate closely with colleagues in a multicultural and multilingual environment
Requirements
Fluent German and Dutch (written and spoken)
Good English communication skills
Strong customer service mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
Proactive and productive problem-solving approach
Team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills
Motivation to learn and continuously develop professionally
