Avery is a Hiring Intelligence Engine - AI agents that source screen and schedule on a system that gets smarter with every hire. Early-stage Amsterdam real paying customers. Youll build Averys core - the app and the agents that source screen and schedule - from idea to production.
Tasks
- Build across the stack from agent logic to UI
- Ship and iterate on the core product surfaces
- Own features end to end real users on the other side
Requirements
- A strong generalist engineer who ships
- Comfortable with ambiguity and speed
- Curious about applied AI and agent systems
