Avery is a Hiring Intelligence Engine - AI agents that source screen and schedule on a system that gets smarter with every hire. Early-stage Amsterdam real paying customers. Youll be the first conversation Dutch founders and people leaders have with us - and youll work out what makes them lean in.

Tasks

Run sharp manual outbound to NL scale-ups and agencies
Book qualified intro calls for the founder and team
Turn what the market tells you into better messaging

Requirements

You write clearly and persuasively in Dutch and English
You care why people buy not just how to hit quota
Youd rather run a creative experiment than blast a sequence
