Were searching for a dedicated Logistics Intern to join our team for a 40-hour work week playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of our distribution logistics operations. Assist the in-/outbound/stock transfer/return process between internal stakeholders and 3PL.
Manage PGR PGI and POD processes in S4 HANA to ensure accurate goods movement.
Support LFR report Dangerous good report abnormal shipment report and related documentation.
Perform stock comparisons to maintain inventory accuracy.
Conduct thorough checking and submission of invoices for suppliers Perform auditing of POD documentation.
Assist with the updating of logistics dashboards.
Assist serial number (SN) and other logistics requests.

Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelors or Masters program (e.g. Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration).
Demonstrated interest in logistics supply chain warehousing and operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite PowerBI S4 HANA experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills in English (C1) other languages e.g. German Chinese Dutch is a plus
