Delivery Planner

What Youll Do

• Ensure the timely supply of finished and semi-finished products to customers and manufacturing sites.
• Create and manage weekly loading plans and coordinate transportation activities.
• Organize international shipments and ensure all customs and export documentation is compliant.
• Act as the first point of contact for transportation and customer supply issues.
• Monitor inventory levels stock age and warehouse utilization.
• Manage inbound and outbound flows with co-manufacturing partners.
• Create and manage SAP orders (ZSTO) and resolve system-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce logistics costs and improve service levels.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree or equivalent level of thinking and working.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transport planning logistics customer service or supply chain.
• Experience within FMCG manufacturing or a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement.

The position is classified in job grade 7 under the Coffee & Tea collective labor agreement (CAO).
