Job Summary
What Youll Do
- Ensure the timely supply of finished and semi-finished products to customers and manufacturing sites.
- Create and manage weekly loading plans and coordinate transportation activities.
- Organize international shipments and ensure all customs and export documentation is compliant.
- Act as the first point of contact for transportation and customer supply issues.
- Monitor inventory levels stock age and warehouse utilization.
- Manage inbound and outbound flows with co-manufacturing partners.
- Create and manage SAP orders (ZSTO) and resolve system-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce logistics costs and improve service levels.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent level of thinking and working.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport planning logistics customer service or supply chain.
- Experience within FMCG manufacturing or a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement.

The position is classified in job grade 7 under the Coffee & Tea collective labor agreement (CAO).
