Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Advisory Coordinator to support a complex Intelligent Traffic Control Systems (iVRI) program within a large-scale infrastructure and traffic management environment.
The role focuses on coordinating advisory activities supporting standardization initiatives managing stakeholder communication and guiding the transition toward nationwide implementation of intelligent traffic control solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as coordinating advisor within the iVRI project team
Provide advisory support regarding frameworks guidelines and traffic engineering outcomes
Coordinate with stakeholders market parties service departments and regional teams
Support the transition from innovation and development toward standardization and nationwide rollout
Coordinate standardization initiatives for traffic control systems and related applications
Support tender preparation documentation and market award processes
Guide and oversee third-party activities and implementation teams
Facilitate communication between operational traffic systems and new iVRI environments
Report progress risks and developments to program leadership and management stakeholders
Contribute to organizational alignment across management and asset management functions
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience leading change and IT projects
Strong experience managing external vendors and market parties within traffic management environments
Minimum 7 years of knowledge and experience with Intelligent Traffic Control Systems (iVRI)
Experience working within complex enterprise or governmental organizations
Strong understanding of information management and information provisioning (IV)
Experience with project management methodologies such as:
PRINCE2 Practitioner
IPMA-C
Agile / Scrum
Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
Strong communication skills in Dutch both written and spoken
