NVH Project Performance Leader

Job description:

 An NVH ppl consultant will be responsible of :

• Check list (parts presentation):To prepare according to a defined format the list of parts to be checked in plant before the start of the activity and for monitoring the quality of production process. Template available
• Hole File: For body and mobile part to prepare a list of all the holes present on the vehicle checking if solutions foreseen to close them are OK for NVH to interact with stakeholders to find the right solution. Template available
• Thickness Map(Surfaces and thickness of plan insulation): Analysis to perform in ANSA environment according to a methodology that will be shared (if not already known)
• Audio Checks (Loudspeaker layouts (implantation):Analysis of speakers installation according to xP criteria
• Acoustic Package BOM View(parts presentation) : To prepare a power point doc with all the insulation components with key properties (size weight material). Template available
• RT/RAL Support(Robustness IG inser gonflant):On a weekly basis during the process to prepare a power point presentation showing the parts to be analysed and where they are located into the vehicle so to understand if they are relevant for NVH or not. If yes further analysis might be required
• Hypothesis (Remontage) (Cration filtre):CATIA Hypothesis for the parts of interest
• Benchmark (acoustic package):For vehicles identified as benchmark for a program under development A2MAC1 analysis of components relevant for insulation and wind noise performances. Template available
• Opening Section Book (Pass-Through):Series of sections of parts relevant for wind noise performance. Template available

Qualifications :

Key Competencies

• Masters degree in Engineering
• 3 to 5 years experience
• PLM environment knowledge mainly for RT/RAL quotation process with also capability to create/manage ISS
• CATIA
• Teamcenter mandatory
• UG NX
• LMS
• A2MAC1
• English
• Good communication
• Matlab
• Excel Macro Programming
