The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the retail channel driving business growth strengthening strategic relationships with customers and ensuring profitability and brand positioning in the market.
We are looking for a profile with solid experience working with big box retailers and commercial chains.
Main responsibilities
Manage and develop commercial relationships with key accounts and retail chains.
Lead commercial negotiations contracts and pricing agreements.
Drive growth in sales market share and profitability.
Develop trading strategies and account plans.
Identify business opportunities upselling and category expansion.
Track business performance KPIs and customer satisfaction.
Work cross-functionally with sales marketing operations and product teams.
Perform analysis of market competition and industry trends.
Represent the company in meetings events and strategic negotiations.
Strategic planning development of forecast sell-in sell- out.
Key requirements
Essentials
5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager Sales Manager or similar roles.
Experience inLiverpool (1 year) Sears Palacio de Hierro suburbia.
Experience handling key accounts and complex sales cycles.
Experience in retail / modern channel / big box retailers.
Strong trading and negotiation skills.
Advanced English.
Bachelors degree completed.
Desirable
Experience in the appliance industry or consumer durables.
Background in leading companies in the segment.

Commercial planning and business vision.
Analytical thinking and results orientation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work in dynamic and fast-growing environments.
