A rapidly growing technology company is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support business growth through prospecting demand generation and pipeline development. This role is essential to expanding the companys commercial reach by identifying new business opportunities engaging prospective clients and generating qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
The SDR will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to execute strategic outbound and inbound initiatives while maintaining strong CRM discipline and consistently meeting performance metrics. This position is ideal for candidates with a hunter profile who thrive in high-growth fast-paced SaaS or technology environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect potential clients through calls email LinkedIn WhatsApp and other outreach channels
Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives
Research companies industries and key decision-makers
Execute outbound and inbound lead generation campaigns
Follow up on leads and sales opportunities
Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
Meet activity outreach and pipeline generation KPIs
Collaborate with commercial leadership to improve sales processes
Support overall revenue growth through strategic prospecting
Requirements
13 years of experience in SDR Inside Sales Lead Generation or B2B sales
Experience in SaaS technology startups or digital platforms preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong prospecting and sales hunter mindset
Ability to work under commercial metrics and performance targets
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator HubSpot Salesforce or similar tools
High energy resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
English is a plus
