Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Systems Business Administration or related field.

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager leading ECommerce projects under the Waterfall methodology.

• Knowledge and proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Smartsheet Jira.

• Experience in implementing or migrating ECommerce platforms (Magento/Adobe Commerce Salesforce Commerce Cloud VTEX Shopify Plus).

• Knowledge of complex system integrations: ERP (SAP Oracle) WMS payment gateways (Stripe PayPal) logistics.

• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Frontend/Backend UX/UI Digital Marketing Operations/Logistics).

• Experience in risk control budgeting and stakeholder management.

• Advanced English (C1/C2) essential for communication and reporting with international executives.

• Highly structured meticulous profile with strong longterm planning skills.

Key Responsabilities:

• Define the project scope from the outset designing the complete plan before development begins.

• Create and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) dividing the project into sequential phases: Requirements Design Development Testing/QA Launch.

• Administer schedules using Gantt Charts ensuring dependencies and delivery timelines are met.

• Lead implementation or migration projects for ECommerce platforms.

• Coordinate the integration of the online store with ERP systems inventory payment gateways and logistics.

• Manage multidisciplinary teams ensuring effective communication and achievement of objectives.

• Control risks and scope changes (scope creep) guaranteeing adherence to budget.

• Report financial progress status and risks to international stakeholders in English.
