- ob Title: Product Manager Experience: 510 Years (customizable) Location: Chennai / India / Hybrid (as applicable) Employment Type: Full Time / Contract Job Description We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the endtoend product lifecyclefrom ideation to launch and optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders engineering design and operations teams to deliver customercentric scalable and highimpact products aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Define and own the product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders customers and market research. Convert requirements into clear user stories acceptance criteria and product backlog. Work closely with engineering UX/UI QA and DevOps teams to ensure timely and highquality delivery. Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming sprint planning and retrospectives. Drive product launches validating readiness across technology operations and stakeholders. Monitor product performance using KPIs metrics and customer feedback and drive continuous improvements. Manage dependencies risks and tradeoffs across multiple workstreams. Act as the primary point of contact for productrelated decisions and stakeholder communications. Ensure compliance with organizational standards security and regulatory requirements (as applicable). Required Skills & Qualifications 5 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership. Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements. Handson experience with product backlog management tools (JIRA Rally Azure DevOps etc.). Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment. Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have Experience in Technology / Digital / SaaS / Healthcare / BFS domains. Exposure to customer journey mapping UX principles and design thinking. Experience working with distributed or global teams. Knowledge of cloudbased products or platforms.
