• Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives and operational workflows within a cross-functional Pod environment.
• Manage multiple concurrent marketing projects of varying complexity ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups retrospectives and backlog refinement sessions.
• Partner closely with Pod Leadership to improve team dynamics delivery transparency and operational efficiency.
• Monitor delivery progress team capacity and project health metrics proactively identifying risks and blockers.
• Manage approval processes for marketing content and operational deliverables including compliance and legal review workflows where applicable.

• 5 years of experience in project management marketing operations delivery management or related roles.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies across stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices including stand-ups retrospectives and backlog management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong ownership and accountability.
• Solid problem-solving and conflict management skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations effectively.
• Experience using marketing and project management tools such as Workfront Confluence Jira Asana Monday or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail quality control and process improvement.

• Experience working in regulated industries or environments with structured approval workflows.
• Familiarity with marketing production processes across channels such as Email Web Social Video and Print.
• Experience tracking delivery metrics and supporting operational reporting initiatives.
• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work including drafting analysis research or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
